摘要
随着市场经济和科学技术的发展,产品质量也在不断提高,但追求发展速度的同时因产品质量缺陷造成的人身财产安全危害事件时有发生,因此开展产品质量安全风险监测有其客观必要性,它可使事后型的"亡羊补牢"变为事前型的预防,即由"事后监督"向"事前预防"转变。本文从产品质量安全风险的早发现、早研判、早预警、早处置四个环节进行了较全面的阐述,旨在为产品质量安全风险监测工作提供一种思路。
Product quality is continuously improving, along with development of market economy and technological progress, meanwhile personal property safety hazard events as result of product quality defect are often occurred. On that basis,Product Quality Safety Risk Monitoring ＂PQSRM＂ is objective and necessary. PQSRM can tuna post supervision into preventive measure. In this paper, PQSRM was presented from four aspects, including monitoring, judgment, warning and disposal, which can provide an idea for PQSRM.
