摘要
目的 探讨硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿的时机和适应症。方法 用 2 %硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿 46例 ,并对无效和复发病例进行分析。结果 本组总有效率 89% ,复发率 12 % ,无严重不良反应 ,对肾功能无不良影响。结论 硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿简单方便 ,能反复进行 ,无不良后果 ,疗效确切 ,便于推广。应用时应注意掌握灌注时机 ,以提高疗效 。
Objective To evaluate the opportunity and indication of treating chyluria with injecting AgNO 3 into renal pelvis. Methods 46 patients with chyluria treated with injecting AgNO 3 into renal pelvis were analysed retrospectively. Results In the study, the effective rate was 89% and recurrence rate was 12%. There were no severe side effects. Conclusions Treating chyluria with injecting AgNO 3 into renal pelvis is a simple and convenient method with certain effcacy and no side effects which may be done repeatedly, but must master the oppertunity so as to increase effective rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
