摘要
目的 观察糖尿病 (DM)家兔红细胞变形能力 (RCD)及酶活性等变化 ,探讨早期治疗效果。方法 用四氧嘧啶制备家兔糖尿病模型。测定RCD和红细胞膜ATP酶活性、膜唾液酸 (SA)含量及红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。当血糖升高 48h后用胰岛素治疗检测以上指标。结果 家兔静脉给予四氧嘧啶后 ,2 4h血糖升高 ,持续升高 48h后 ,确定糖尿病模型建立 ,即用胰岛素治疗 ,6~ 8d后检测血糖和上述生化指标均恢复正常。结论 糖尿病早期用胰岛素治疗 ,可以恢复RCD、酶活性和血糖浓度。提示对于临床无明显糖尿病症状的病人 ,可定期测定血糖 。

Conclusions There was a change of the erythrocyte membrane shape and enzyme active of diabetes, which insulin treated that had renew It point out that have not DM guiding symptoms may be regular determine the sugar, to help of early treatment.
