镉对人体铜、锌和镁排泄的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究职业性镉接触工人尿铜、锌和镁排泄的变化。方法 采用配对设计的方法 ,分别对镉接触组和对照组测定血和尿中镉及 β2 -微球蛋白 ,测定尿中总蛋白、铜、锌及镁含量 ,以及尿肌酐校正尿量。结果 接触组工人血和尿中镉、尿 β2 -微球蛋白、总蛋白、锌和镁含量高于对照组 ,尿铜与对照组无差异。 Objective The changes of excretion of copper, zinc and magnesium in occupational cadmium exposured workers was studied. Methods The concentrations of cadmium and β 2-micoglobulin in blood and urinary copper, zinc, magnesium, total protein and creatinine were respectively measured in the cadmium exposured group and control group with paired design. Results The concentrations of cadmium in blood and urinary zinc, magnesium, β 2-microglobulin and total protein in the cadmium exposured group are higher than that in the control group. No difference of urinary copper content is found between two groups. Conclusions It is concluded that occupational exposure to cadmium will cause an increase in the excretion of zinc and magnesium in urine.
