摘要
随机将 6 0例股骨颈骨折患者分为观察组与对照组 ,对照组接受临床常规治疗与护理 ;观察组除接受临床常规治疗与护理外 ,还接受研究者的院内教育。教育策略包括个体化指导、知识手册、演示与反演示、教育家庭重要成员。运用股骨颈骨折行为评定表 ,对两组患者的行为进行了评定。结果表明教育后观察组的行为发生了正性改变 ,其坐起率、功能锻炼及用拐的正确率高 ,股四头肌萎缩程度轻 ,髋关节活动范围大 ,生活自理能力强 ,与对照组相比 ,其差异有统计学意义。说明病人教育是一项改变患者行为、促进功能恢复的行之有效的措施。
Sixty patients with femoral neck fracture (FNF) were randomly divided into two groups: control group, receiving clinical routine treatment and nursing; experimental group, receiving treating teaching besides clinical routine treatment and nursing. The teaching measures included individual introduction, booklet, demonstration and guide to family important members. The behavior of the patients in the two group were assessed by using FNF behavioral questionnaire. The results showed that the behavior of the patients in the experimental group had a positive change with a higher sitting up rate, a higher correct rate of functional exercise and walking stick use, milder quadriceps atrophy, a bigger range of hip movement and better daily living activity. There was a significant difference between the two groups. It was indicated that patient education is an effective measure to change the patients' behavior and promote the functional recovery of the patients with FNF.
