左西孟旦致顽固性低血压一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者，女，57岁。因“活动后呼吸困难3年，加重7天”入院。患者3年前曾因呼吸困难在我科住院治疗，诊断为扩张型心肌病，心力衰竭，心功能Ⅳ级。给予呋塞米、米力农等药物治疗好转出院。出院后不规律服用依那普利、美托洛尔、地高辛等药物，平日活动耐量差，一般活动即感呼吸困难。
