摘要
目的对比分析临床药师对中药注射剂使用的干预作用,从而进一步评价临床药师在促进医院合理用药中所具有的作用。方法收集临床药师干预前(2009年6～8月)住院患者中使用中药注射剂的病例314例及干预后(2010年6～8月)的病例246例,对比分析干预前后的情况。结果临床药师对中药注射剂的使用进行干预后,在用药适应症、用药剂量及疗程的把握上日趋符合规范要求,人均用药费用及不良反应的发生率显著下降。结论临床药师对中药注射剂的用药干预措施是可行的、有效的,进一步显示了临床药师在药物治疗中的专业优势,对促进医院合理用药具有重要的作用。
Objective To compare the effects of intervention measures on use of traditional Chinese medicine injection by clinical pharmacists,so as to further evaluate the role of clinical pharmacists in promoting the rational drug usage in hospital.Methods Clinical data were collected including 246 inpatients from June to August of 2010 with intervention by clinical pharmacists and 314 inpatients from June to August of 2009 without intervention,and the information before and after intervention was compared.Results The indication,dosage and course all met the standard requirements after intervention.The payment for the medicines and the risk of adverse drug reactions was dramatically decreased.Conclusion Intervention measures by clinical pharmacists on rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections is feasible and effective,which further explains the professional advantage of clinical pharmacists during drug treatment,and they will play a decisive role in promoting the rational use of drugs in hospital.
