摘要
目的分析东营市2010年1101例医疗器械不良事件,提出完善医疗器械不良事件监测工作的相关措施。方法使用Excel软件统计数据,采用描述性研究方法进行分析。结果医疗器械不良事件报告主要来源于使用单位,一次性使用无菌输液器、宫内节育器等医疗器械的不良事件发生较多。结论应加强医疗器械不良事件监测工作,保障公众用械安全。
Objective To analyze 1101 Medical Device Adverse Event（MDAE） reports in 2010 in Dongying city,put forward to related measures for improving the adverse event monitoring system of medical devices,and guide the MDAE monitoring in-depth development.Methods Excel software was used for data statistics,and descriptive analysis methods were adopted to analyze those data.Results Most of the 1101 MDAE reports were reported by medical device-users.The incidence rate of adverse events associated with single-use sterile infusion sets and IUD were higher than other medical devices.Conclusion MDAE monitoring should be strengthened to ensure safety use of medical devices in public.
