纳米晶ZrO_2:Eu^(3+)-Bi^(3+)的制备及Bi^(3+)敏化Eu^(3+)特征发射的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米晶ZrO2:Eu3+-Bi3+粉体,所制备的纳米晶粉体均能观测到Eu3+离子的室温特征发射.研究了样品的晶体结构和发光性质.结果表明:经600C煅烧后得到的纳米晶ZrO2:Eu3+-Bi3+粉体的晶相为四方相,经800,950及1100C煅烧后的样品为四方相和单斜相的混合晶相.Eu3+离子在四方相中的室温特征发射明显强于在混合相中的发射.Bi3+离子的掺入对Eu3+离子的室温特征发射有显著的敏化作用. Eu3+ and Bia+ codoped ZrO~ nanocrystalline powders are prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The room temperature characteristic emission of Eu3+ can be observed from each sample. We determine the crystal structures and luminescent properties of the samples. It is shown that the crystal phase of nanocrystalline ZrO2:Eu3+-Bi3+ powder calcined at 600 ℃ is tetragonal, and it turns into the mixture of tetragonal and monoclinic phase as temperature rises to 800, 950, and 1100 ℃. It is obvious that characteristic emission intensity of Eu3+ in the tetragonal phase is greater than in the mixed phase. Bi3+ can sensitize the room temperature characteristic emission of Eu3+ in nanocrystalline ZrO2.
