摘要
目的探析β-内酰胺酶抑制剂抗生素在临床上的应用情况。方法通过分析β-内酰胺酶抑制剂抗生素的剂型,阐述其在临床上的应用情况。结果与结论β-内酰胺酶抑制剂对各种革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、厌氧菌等所产生的β-内酰胺酶均有广泛的抑制作用,临床研究确认其与β-内酰胺类抗生素的复合制剂,用于呼吸系统、腹腔、皮肤和软组织等感染的经验治疗有效,用于中性粒细胞减少的发热、院内感染也有效。β-内酰胺类抗生素/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合制剂治疗混合感染疗效突出。
Objective To explore the -lactam inhibitors in clinical application of antibiotics.Methods through the analysis of β-lactamase inhibitors antibiotic dosage forms,expounds its application in clinical situations.Results and Conclusion -lactamase inhibitors on various gram- positive,Gram-negative bacteria,anaerobic bacteria caused by β-lactamases were widespread inhibition,clinical studie.s to confirm its and β-lactam antibiotics compound,used for respiratory,intraperi toneal,skin and soft tissue.Experience of treatment for infection effectively,neutropenic fever,nosocomial infection effectively.Lactam antibiotics/β-lactamase inhibitor compound preparations in the treatment of mixed infections are notable curative effective for multiple drug resistant bacteria.
