摘要
目的 :获得电视监视纤维喉镜检查在声嘶病人诊断中的价值 ;方法 :采用电视监视纤维喉镜检查耳鼻喉科就诊有咽喉不适感患者 2 787例 ;结果 :共检出 80 0例声嘶患者 ,其中慢性喉炎 3 98例 ,占声嘶总人数的 4 9 75%。喉肿瘤 2 3 3人 ,其中良性肿瘤 2 0 4人 ,恶性肿瘤 2 9人 ;结论 :电视监视纤维喉镜检查是检查声嘶患者的有效手段。
Objective:To get the dignostic value of TV-monitored laryngofiberscope in hoarseness,Methods:There were 2787 cases of laryngeal examined by TV-monitored laryngoflbeescope.Results:800 cases were found to be with hoarseness,Among them,389 cases were discovered with chronic larygitis which is 49 75 perocent of the hoarsenss.There were also 233 cases of tumour of larynx,of which 204 cases of innocent tumour and 29 cases of malignant tumour.Conclusion.The method of TV-monitored laryngofiberscope in hoarseness is efficacious. [
