摘要
目的 调查铁道部现有部级医学重点科室基础设施现状 ,为合理引进医疗设备、加强基础设施建设、优化资源配置提供依据 ,并根据目前形式就怎样加强重点科室基础设施建设、合理利用资源、充分发挥其作用、提高使用率和经济效益作出探讨。方法 采取问卷调查方法 ,基础设施方面主要调查了重点科室专科门诊量、专科病房床位的多少、有无专科实验室、专科诊疗设备的数量、1 992年来人均科研经费、技术性横向联合等情况。结果 6 0份调查表中除空缺外专科门诊每周工作量大于 32 h的为 34 .3%、专科病房床位大于 2 1张为 6 0 .6 %、有专科实验室的为 6 2 .5 %、专科诊疗设备中每个科室所占设备数量 5万元以下、5～ 1 0万元、1 0～ 5 0万元、5 0万元以上分别平均为 6 .1 5台、2 .6 3台、1 .74台、1 .0 9台 ,1 992年来人均科研经费 5千元以下为 75 .9%、1万元以上为 2 0 .4%、无科研经费的占 2 0 .4% ,有技术横向联合的为 86 .4%。结论 铁道部医学重点科室资源配置薄弱且极不平衡 。
Objective To provide evidences to make a comment on the rationality about facilities established and their utilization.Methods Research sections or departments of 60 railway institutions including 9 railway central sanitation and anti epidemic stations,15 railway hospitals,4 sanatoria,etc.were investigated by questionnaire.Contents in the questionnaire included following items:the amount of special consultations;the number of beds in special ward;having or having no special laboratory;equipments for special diagnosis and treatment;average research fund for each person since 1992;having technological cooperation with multiple branches;etc.Results Work load exceeding 30 hours per week in special clinics amounted to 34.2%;ward bed number over 21 in special clinic amounted to 60.6%;62.5% had special laboratory;equipments in individual section or department with a value of <50 000 yuan,50 000~100 000 yuan,100 000~500 000 yuan and >500 000 yuan were in average 6.15,2.63,1.74 and 1.09 in number respectively;average research fund for each person <5 000 yuan amounted to 75.9%,that >10 000 yuan,20.4%,no research fund,20.4%;number of institutions having technological cooperation with multiple branches amounted to 86.4%.Conclusion As a whole,the facilities or eqipments of most major railway medical institutions were rather poor and distributed unevenly.Great effort must be paid for establishing a solid research base with rational amount of equipments or facilities.
