异基因造血干细胞移植治疗合并粒细胞肉瘤的急性髓性白血病二例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 【目的】探讨畀基因造血千细胞移植（allo—HSCT）治疗合并粒细胞肉瘤（GS）的急性髓性白血病的方法和疗效。【方法】报告2例应用allo—HSCT治疗伴GS的急性髓性白血病的诊治经过，并对相关文献进行复习。2例患者移植前均接受GS部位放疗和联合化疗，采用经典的环磷酰胺加全身照射方案作为预处理，环孢素A、甲氨喋呤、霉酚酸酯预防移植物抗宿主病。【结果】2例患者均移植成功，于移植后15d、11d造血重建，随访12-21个月，均无病存活。【结论】异基因遣血干细胞移植是治疗GS的有效手段。
