摘要
探讨压力传感器即时感应系统中实际气压和用气量,通过电气控制和变频调速,在不改变空压机马达转矩的前提下即时控制马达转速,即输出功率,经由改变空压机转速来反应系统压力的变化,并保持稳定的系统压力,实现高品质压缩空气的按需输出,从而达到节电的效果。
This paper discusses real air pressure and gas consumption in real-time sensor system of pressure pickup.It instantly controls the motor speed,the output power,through electrical control and varying frequency control without changing the motor torque of air compressor.Then,it outputs the high quality compressed air depending on requirement and finally makes effort on saving energy,by changing the revolution speed of air compressor which shows the change of system pressure and maintaining system pressure stable.
