基于稳态、非稳态振动信号分析的轨道不平顺敏感波长及其与车辆响应间关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 基于轨道不平顺输入与车辆动力学响应输出之间的频域传递特性分析,研究快速确定与车辆系统对应的轨道不平顺敏感波长的新方法。利用该方法分析某型高速车辆所对应的轨道不平顺敏感波长的结果表明:在300-360km·h^-1速度范围内,8m的多波周期轨道垂向不平顺波长会引起高速车辆较大的垂向响应;37m左右的多波周期轨道横向不平顺波长会引起高速车辆较大的横向响应。应用短时傅里叶变换和小波包分析技术这2种非稳态振动信号分析方法对车辆系统的车体垂向加速度进行特征分析,可以较全面地揭示出其时频特性,从而能够问接分析出与车辆振动响应信号相关联的轨道不平顺输入信号的非稳态特性。 Based on the frequency domain transfer characteristics between the track irregularity input and the vehicle dynamics response output, a new method for quickly determining the sensitive wavelength of track irregularity corresponding to vehicle system was put forward. By this method, the sensitive wave- length of track irregularity for a certain type of high-speed vehicle was analyzed. The results show that within the speed range of 300-360 km · h^-1 , about 8 m multi-wave cycle vertical track irregularity wave- length will cause the stronger vertical vibration of high-speed vehicle and about 37 m multi-wave cycle lat- eral track irregularity wavelength will cause the greater lateral vibration of high-speed vehicle. Two non- stationary vibration signal analysis techniques, which are short-time Fourier transform and wavelet packet analysis, were used to analyze the car body vertical acceleration characteristics of vehicle system. The re- sults show that: the time-frequency characteristics can be more fully revealed and thus the non-stationary characteristics of the track irregularity input signal related with the vehicle vibration response signal can be indirectly analyzed.
