摘要
目的观察锁定加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折临床疗效。方法将笔者诊治的54例肱骨近端骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组24例行传统钢板内固定治疗,治疗组30例行锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组内固定断裂、松动、肱骨头坏死以及肩关节活动受限等发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Neer评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效显著,固定牢靠,对骨膜伤害小,肩关节功能恢复良好,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of locking compression plate in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures. Methods A total of 54 patients with proximal humerus fractures were randomly divided into two groups,24 cases in the control group were treated by conventional plate fixation, 30 cases in the treatment group were treated by locking compression plate fixation, compared treatment efficacy between two groups. Results The duration of hospitalization, frac- ture healing time of treatment group were shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05）;mobility of fixed fracture,loosening,the incidence of necrosis of the humeral head and shoulder of treatment group were less than control group （P 〈 0.05）;Neer excellent and good rate of treatment group was higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The locking compression plate for proximal humerus fractures have significant effect,it is stable fixation,small periosteum injury,good recovery of shoulder function, is worthy of wide dissemination.
