摘要
目的探讨老年股骨转子间骨折手术疗效和影响因素。方法选择2008年1月～2012年1月在我院骨科住院治疗的76例老年股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,按照患者手术疗效的好坏将其分为对照组和观察组,根据查阅老年股骨转子间骨折患者相关文献制定自编问卷,采用二分类Logistic回归分析对老年股骨转子间骨折患者发生的影响因素进行分析。结果在本研究入选的76例患者中,70例临床疗效优良,优良率为92.11%,多因素Logistic回归分析发现年龄、术后并发症、摔伤和脆性骨折史是影响老年股骨转子间骨折患者手术疗效的危险因素。结论老年股骨转子间骨折患者手术疗效同时受多方面因素的影响,我们应该针对性的采取干预措施来提高患者的手术疗效,改善患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the operative efficacy and its influential factors among elderly patients with in- tertrochanteric fracture after dynamic hip screw combined with the greater trochanter cancellous bone screws. Methods The clinical data of seventy-six elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were treated in department of orthopedics in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were collected, then they were divided into control group and observation group according to whether operative efficacy good or bad, they were surveyed with questionnaire including self-made gen- eral questionnaire for. finding out influential factors by binary logistic regression analysis. Results Seventy elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were good, accounted for 92.11%,and multivariate logistic analysis showed that age,the post- operative complications, fall damage and brittle fracture history had a protective effect on elderly patients with in- tertrochanteric fracture after dynamic hip screw combined with the greater trochanter cancellous bone screws. Conclusion The operative efficacy of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture are affected by multiaspect factors,we should take the appropriate measures to improve the patient＇s operative efficacy.
