摘要
对项目法人责任制工程的建设环境进行了分析,对影响项目法人责任制工程建设的基本因素进行了论述,提出了完善法律法规、加强执行实施项目法人责任制方面的建议,以适应市场的发展需求。
This paper analyzed the construction environment of project legal person responsibility system project,discussed the basic factors to impact project legal person responsibility system construction,put forward suggestions from perfecting laws and regulations,strengthening the implementation of project legal person responsibility system,in order to adapt to market development needs.
