摘要
阐述了勘察设计阶段的公路工程造价影响因素和主要控制措施及工程施工成本的管理措施,分析了目前公路工程造价管理的问题及改进对策,并提出了全过程一体化造价管理理念,以实现公路工程造价的有效控制。
This paper elaborated the influence factors and main control measures of highway engineering cost and the management measures of engineering construction cost in survey and design stage, analyzed the problems and countermeasures of current highway engineering cost management, and put forward cost management concept of whole process integration, in order to realize the effective control of highway engineering cost.
