摘要
依照农村公路建设发展政策,对农村公路建设和养护管理进行分析,指出其在制度、机构以及建设和养护资金上存在的问题,并结合新农村建设发展提出建议,以保证农村公路健康持续发展。
Based on the policy for the construction and development of rural roads, the paper analyzes the construction and maintenance management of the rural roads, points out some problems in the system, the institutes, the construction and maintenance funds, and points out some suggestions combining with the construction and development of new rural areas, so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of rural roads.
