摘要
文章选用硫醚类化合物作为研究对象,研究了化合物结构与气相色谱保留指数的相关关系。用多元线性回归法构建了30个硫醚类化合物的QSRR模型,研究了此类化合物在四种不同极性固定相上的保留行为,得到的QSRR方程均具有高度的相关性,且经验证方程的稳定性和可靠性良好。
In the paper, the author selected the sulfur ether compound as the research object, and then studied the compound＇s structure-gas chromatographic retention relationship. Using multiple linear regression method to establish the QSRR model of thirty sulfer ether compounds. And studied these compounds＇ retention behavior on four different polar stationary phase. The QSRR equation had high correlation, and equation was proved having high stability and reliability.
