摘要
目的:建立痔疮外洗剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别大黄,紫外分光光度法测定总生物碱的含量。结果:薄层斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰;平均回收率为102.6%,RSD为0.64%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,重现性好,可有效控制本制剂的质量。
Objective：To establish the quality standard on Pile Lotion. Methods：TLC identified Rhubarb, the contents of total alkaloids was determined by UV-spectrometry .Results：The TLC spots was fairly clear, negative samples were no interference and the average reeovery was 102.6%, RSD 0.64%.Conclusions：The established method was accurate, reliable and good reproducible,it can control the quality of Pile lotion.
