彩色超声多普勒在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨彩色超声多普勒在诊断甲状腺癌中的应用价值。方法将本组43例经细针穿刺细胞学检查、手术以及病理等证实的甲状腺癌与术前彩色超声多普勒的诊断进行对照与分析。结果本组报道的43例甲状腺癌中,术前经彩色超声多普勒明确诊断39例,符合率为90.7%,误诊4例,误诊率为9.3%。结论应用彩色超声多普勒对诊断甲状腺癌以及判断淋巴结是否存在转移等情况具有重要的临床意义和价值,应做为甲状腺癌的首选辅助诊断方法之一。
