摘要
目的了解高校教师健康影响因素及健康需求,为促进高校教师身体健康提供科学依据。方法自行设计"高校教师健康影响因素及健康需求调查表",采取分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取武汉4所高校共1 378名教师进行调查。结果不同职称教师吸烟、饮酒、饮食种类、睡眠时间、入睡情况、睡眠质量、排便、伏案工作和对自身健康关注程度得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。健康需求调查表明,38.06%的教师将定期体检放在健康服务项目需求的第1位,教师喜欢的健康教育方式有专家授课(29.31%)和面对面的个别咨询(23.93%),需求健康保健信息是预防疾病知识(16.32%)、健康生活知识(12.23%)和健康饮食知识(11.92%),喜爱的体能活动有球类运动(14.59%)、慢跑(12.27%)和散步(11.92%)。结论高校教师健康状况主要与生活方式有密切关系。学校应制定高校教师健康促进策略,引导健康的生活方式,满足教师的健康需求,促进教师参加体能锻炼。
Objective To investigate the health influencing factors and heahh requirements among college teachers, in or- der to offer scientific gist to accelerate health of college teachers. Methods Designed 'Questionnaire of Health Influence Factors and Health Requirements among College Teachers' by ourselves, using methods of cluster random sampling; then extracted and in- vestigated 1 378 teachers of 4 universities in Wuhan. Results There were statistic differences smoking, drinking, kings of food, sleeping time, condition of falling asleep, quality of sleep, defecation, working at table and concern degree of self-health had ( P 〈 0. 05 ) after statistic analysis. The questionnaire of health requirements showed that 38.06% set the regular physical examination as the first class of health service programs, and the teaching modes that teachers like was giving lectures by experts ( 29.31% ) , indi- vidual consultation ( 23.93% ) ; and the health care information among teachers demands was knowledge of preventing correspond- ing diseases ( 16.32% }, information of healthy living mode ( 12.23% ), and information of healthy diet ( 11.92% ). Physical sports that college teachers like are ball games( 14.59% ) , jogging( 12.27% } and walking( 11.92% }. Conclusion The health conditions of college teachers are mainly closely related to living styles. Universities need to establish health-accelerating strategies for teachers, lead healthy living modes, meet the teachers' health demands, and urge teachers to join physical training.
