摘要
根据逆向物流类型,对逆向物流事件进行分类。采用Multi-Agent思想与技术,建立了含四种逆向物流事件的合作伙伴动态选择模型,并运用Anylogic仿真软件对模型进行仿真,最后验证了模型的有效性。研究结果表明:模型能为需方企业更好地选择符合逆向物流市场动态需求的服务;供方企业应用该模型参与投标,能够了解自身逆向物流业务时间、成本、服务质量、信誉和环保等关键指标的优劣势,以利于后期进一步改善关键性指标。
According to the type of reverse logistics, the reverse logistics events of enterprise were classified. The partners model of dynamic selection including four kinds of reverse logistics events were established by multi-agent thoughts and technology. The model was simulated by the Anylogic platform. The research result shows that demand-party enterprises can better choose the corresponding services of the reverse logistics market dynamic demands, and provider-party enterprises can comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of the key index about time, cost, service quality, reputation and environmental protection of the reverse logistics business in the process of bidding by the model, which to improve the key index further in the future.
