聚氨酯微孔膜制备的工艺参数对成膜透湿性能的影响 被引量:1

Polyurethane Microporous Membrane Preparation Process Parameters on the Effect of Permeability Film Performance

摘要 采用溶液相分离法制备聚氨酯均质微孔膜,探讨了聚氨酯成膜温度、凝固浴中DMF的含量、水洗温度和时间等制备条件对聚氨酯微孔膜性能的影响。研究结果表明成膜温度为20℃,水洗温度为80℃,水洗时间为3 h左右,凝固浴中DMF含量为20%的条件下得到的聚氨酯微孔膜的透湿性能最佳。 The solution of phase separation was used to make polyurethane homogeneous microporous membrane. Some preparation conditions like the temperature of making polyurethane homogeneous microporous membrane, the content of DMF in the coagulation bath, water temperature and time were discussed on the influence of the membrane performance. The results showed that the temperature of making microporous membrane was in 20 ℃, water temperature of 80 ℃ , water washing time was about 3 hours, the content of DMF in the coagulation bath was 20% , in those conditions the moisture permeability of the polyurethane homogeneous mieroporous membrane .
