摘要
文章论述恩拉霉素发酵过程。该发酵生产主要控制点为pH和控制溶氧,pH控制在6.2以上;溶氢48h后控制在20%~40%之间:发酵结果显示:氨基氮和菌体浓度在192h达到峰值,效价在240h达到峰值。
The paper discussed the process of production of enramycin by fermentation pathway. The main control point of the fermentation production was pH and dissolved oxygen control, pH control by feeding ammonia water, keep 6.2 above. After 48 h dissolved oxygen keep between 20 %-40 %. The results showed that: Amino nitrogen and biomass reached the highest quality concentration in 192 h; antibiotics titer reached peak in 240 h.
