摘要
环境样品具有被测浓度低、组分复杂、干扰物质多、易受环境影响而变化等特点,需要经过复杂的前处理后才能进行分析测定。文章介绍了样品前处理的重要性及目前应用广泛且具有良好发展前景的三种前处理技术。选择适当的样品处理方法,是成功完成环境样品分析检测的基础,也是环境监测实验课程中需要重点注意的问题。
Environmental samples with low concentrations of the measured complex components, interfering substances and environmentally sensitivities, need to be pretreated before analyzed. The importance of sample preparation and three pre-treatment technologies with widely applications and good development are described in this paper. It is very important for environmental sample detection with selecting appropriate sample pretreatment methods, and it is also a key problem of environmental monitoring experiment teaching.
