摘要
EPC总承包项目中如何对分包商的引进与过程控制是实现工程安全生产的最重要的一环。以法律为依据,以各种理论为基础,笔者以在自身的管理项目为例,阐述了该类模式如何进行HSE管理。
In EPC project, the subcontractor＇s admission and process control is the most important part the realization of engineering work safety. The model of how to HSE management was proposed by the author＇s engineering experience based on the laws and theories.
