摘要
以电解锰阳极泥为原料,考察了在酸性介质中硫酸与二氧化锰物质的量之比、亚硫酸钠与二氧化锰物质的量之比、液固比、反应时间对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:在酸性介质中,最佳反应条件为:硫酸与电解锰阳极泥中二氧化锰物质的量之比1.6︰1,亚硫酸钠与电解锰阳极泥中二氧化锰物质的量之比1.4︰1,液固比3︰1,反应时间30 min,此条件下锰的浸出率为92.6%。
Electrolytic manganese Anode Slime was used as material, effects of the molar ratio of Sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide, the molar ratio of sodium sulfite and manganese dioxide, liquid-solid ratio, reaction time In the acidic medium were investigated. The result showed the leaching rate was 92.6 % under the conditions of the molar ratio of Sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide was 1.6 : 1, the molar ratio of sodium sulfite and manganese dioxide was 1.4 : 1, liquid-solid ratio was 3 : 1, reaction time was 30 minutes.
