摘要
中央苏区时期,由于革命战争的需要,中国共产党通过宣传群众、动员群众、组织群众,加强领导,注重指导,尊重群众组织,注重发挥其作用等措施,建立了广泛的群众组织。通过开展对群众组织的政治、思想、法制等建设,使群众组织成为了革命的有生力量,确保了苏维埃革命的开展。
During the period of the Central Soviet Area, out of the demand of the Revolutionary War, the Communist Party of China builds up a wide range of mass organizations by a series of measures, such as, propagating, mobilizing, and organizing the masses, and strengthening leadership, stressing guidance, respecting mass organizations, and paying attention to their roles, and so forth. And through carrying out the political, ideological, and legal constructions of the mass organizations, the mass organizations grow into the effective force of the revolution, which ensures the development of the Soviet revolution.
