石英粉尘对人红细胞膜的损伤及柠檬酸铝的抗损伤研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究利用激光多普勒动电学分析技术测定了石英粉尘在与人红细胞膜作用后其表面带电性质发生改变的情况。结果发现,石英表面与红细胞膜作用后其表面电动电位(zeta电位)发生变化,表面的负电荷减少。当柠檬酸铝与石英粉尘作用后,铝可以中和石英表面的负电荷。人血清白蛋白和卵磷脂也可以减少石英表面的负电荷。 The changes of zeta potential of quartz particles were studied after interacting with human erythrocyte membranes with the automated laser Doppler electrokinectics analyzer. The electro phoretic mobilities of quartz particles were lowered by membranes. Dose-rssponse relationhip be tween zeta potential of luartz and membranes was shown. The aluminium can react with negative charges of quartz surface.The effects of human albumin and phophat idylcholine on the charge of quartz surface were also observed.
