小白菜根肿病的接种方法及条件研究 被引量:15

摘要 十字花科作物根肿病是一种重要的世界性植物土传病害,该病引起的损失占世界十字花科作物总量的10%以上。探索病害的最佳接种方法是开展相关或同类研究的重要基础。试验比较了5种根肿病的人工接种方法,并探索了种子预浸、病原菌浓度和土壤pH等接种条件对接种效果的影响。结果表明,密封菌土法优于菌土法,而浸种加密封菌土法的接种效果最为显著。对比不同接种条件的试验结果得知,无菌水预浸种1天破胸后再进行接种处理会降低接种效果;用于接种处理的根肿病菌浓度越高,发病的效果越明显;而土壤条件为酸性时更利于根肿病的发生。 Clubroot is a serious soilborne disease of cruciferous crops,the loss cause by the disease was above 10% of the total cultured area world-wide.And investigate the best inoculation method of the disease is important to develops the related or similar search.In this test,five kind inoculation methods,different seed pretreatment,different inoculation concentration and soil pH were measured.As the result,sealing the mixed hypnospore soil before inoculation could get higher disease index than not sealing the soil,and dipping seeds in hypnospore suspension before seeding in the sealed mixed hypnospore soil were more effective than other methods for induce pothogenesy.Contrast the result of the test under different inoculation condition,we found that dipping seed in sterile water 1 day before dipping in hypnospore suspension would reduce the inoculation effect,and the concentration of hypnospore was positive correlate with the disease incidence,the acid condition was fit to clubroot break out.
