摘要
随着高速铁路的施工工艺要求越来越严格,高速铁路隧道施工从进度上越来越不能满足工期和成本的要求,如何解决好进度、安全、质量及成本之间的矛盾,是摆在目前高速铁路隧道施工技术人员的一大难题。文章介绍了贵广铁路油竹山隧道通过技术创新加快施工进度,真正实现了多工序并行施工,并控制好了工序衔接,缩短了工序循环时间,确保了安全和质量,节约了成本,同时还大大降低了工人的劳动强度,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。
As the requirements of construction technology for the high speed railway is higher, the original tunnel construction progress cannot gradually meet the construction period and cost requirements. How to solve the contradiction between progress, safety, quality and cost is a great challenge for the high-speed railway tunnel construction technology personnel at present. This paper introduces the innovation technology for quickening the construction progress of Youzhushan tunnel on Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway. For the use of the technology, multi-construction processes can be carried out simultaneously to shorten the circle time of construction process, which will ensure the safety and quality and reduce the cost, and simultaneously greatly reduce the labor strength of the workers and grain the good social benefit and economic benefit.
