摘要
检验检疫标准化工作对检验检疫依法把关起着重要作用。首先介绍了检验检疫标准化内涵、发展进程、总结了检验检疫行业标准存在的问题,分析了检验检疫行业标准化进程建设面临的机遇和挑战,最后,笔者提出了完善体系、增加基础性标准比重、加强宣贯实施等建议。
Inspection and quarantine standardization is vitally important to the law enforcement of theinspection and quarantine work. This paper introduced the connotation and development process of the inspection and quarantine standardization firstly, summed up the problems in the inspection and quarantine standards, and then analyzed the opportunities and challenges of the inspection and quarantine standardization process construction. At last, the author put forward some suggestion on the China Entry-Exit Inspection and quarantine standardization process, like perfecting the system, increasing the proportion of basic standards, strengthening the propaganda and implementation ,and so on.
