摘要
为了明确沿淮地区夏玉米喷施化控剂"金得乐"的最佳叶龄时期,采用在6叶龄至抽雄期内每公顷喷施450mL"金得乐"兑225kg水的方法,研究喷施化控剂"金得乐"对玉米的株高、穗位高、棒三叶、产量、穗行数、行粒数和千粒重的影响。结果表明:6叶龄至抽雄期内喷施化控剂"金得乐",株高、穗位高、棒三叶、产量、穗行数、行粒数和千粒重随叶龄的增加呈先下降后上升的变化趋势,株高于14叶龄和16叶龄降至最低;穗位高于14叶龄降至最低;棒三叶在12叶龄缩至最短;产量在12叶龄降至最低;穗行数在9叶龄减少到最少;行粒数在12叶龄减少到最少;千粒重在12叶龄降至最低。10~18叶龄间喷"金得乐"显著降低玉米的株高,8~16叶龄间喷"金得乐"显著降低玉米的穗位高。6叶龄、7叶龄、8叶龄、16叶龄、18叶龄和抽雄后喷施"金得乐"处理的玉米产量和对照处理无显著差异。玉米6叶龄、7叶龄、8叶龄是喷施"金得乐"的安全叶龄时期。8叶龄是喷施"金得乐"最佳叶龄时期。
Field experiments were carried out in 2010 and 2011 to investigate the best leaf age when to spray chemical control agent ' Jindele' of summer maize along Huaihe River. In this study, spraying chemical control agent 'Jindele' 450 mL/hm2 plus 225 kg of water during the period of 6 leaf age to tasseling stage were examined to investigate the effects of spraying control agent 'Jindele' on plant height, ear height, three-ear-leaves, yield, ear row number, grain number per row and 1000-grain weight. The results showed that, spraying chemical control agent 'Jindele' during the period of 6 leaf age to tasseling stage, with the increase of leaf age, the plant height, ear height, three-ear-leaves, yield, ear row number, grain number per row and 1000-grain weight decreased first and then increased. Plant height decreased to minimum at 14 and 16 leaf age, ear height reached minimum at 14 leaf age, three-ear leaves and grain yield reached minimum at 12 leaf age, ear row number minimized at 9 leaf age, grain number per row and 1000-grain weight minimized at 12 leaf age. Spraying chemical control agent 'Jindele' during 10 to 18 leaf age significantly decreased plant height, and ear height decreased significantly during 8 to 16 leaf age. There was no significant difference between spraying chemical control agent 'Jindele' treatment and control of grain yield when to spray chemical control agent at 6, 7, 8, 16, 18 leaf age and post tasseling stage. The results indicated that, 6 to 8 leaf age were the safety leaf age to spray chemical control agent 'Jindele', and 8 leaf age was the best leaf age to spray chemical control agent ' Jindele'.
