摘要
循环农业是循环经济在农业领域的实践,是实现新农村建设生态文明和转变农业发展方式的必然选择。根据循环经济的"3R"原则,构建了北京市循环农业发展的评价指标体系与计量模型,并运用该模型对北京市循环农业发展进程进行了测算和综合评价。结果表明,北京市循环农业的发展还处在起步阶段,主要制约因素是农业废弃物资源化利用率低,其次是水资源利用效率较低。应通过发展节水农业和加大对废弃物的资源化利用,推进北京市循环农业的发展。
The recycling agriculture was the practice of recycling economy on the agriculture,it also was the necessary choice to realize the ecological culture in the rural construction and the alteration of agricultural EGP.According to the ＂ 3R ＂ principles of recycling economy,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and measuring model of the recycling agricultural development,and then applied the model to have a comprehensive evaluation about the process of recycling agricultural development in Beijing.The results show that because of low resource utilization of agricultural wastes and low use efficiency of water,the recycling agriculture in Beijing is still in the starting stage.Developing water-saving agriculture and improving resource utilization of wastes should be done to speed up the development of recycling agriculture in Beijing.
