摘要
目的:观察止晕颗粒治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency,VBI)所致眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将60例VBI眩晕患者随机分成两组,对照组30例强力定眩片治疗;治疗组30例用止晕颗粒治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为73.4%,治疗组总有效率为93.3%。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止晕颗粒治疗VBI性眩晕临床疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of ended halo particles in treating VBI vertigo.Methods：60 cases of the VBI vertigo patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 30 patients were treated with Qiangli Dingxuan pieces;the treatment group of 30 patients were treated with ended halo particles.Results：The total effective rate of the control group was 73.4%,and 93.3% in the treatment group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of ended halo particles was exact in treating VBI vertigo.
