摘要
目的:探讨治疗三踝骨折的一种新方法。方法:对52例三踝骨折行切开复位内固定可吸收螺钉结合钢板内固定,术后适当的外固定加功能锻炼。结果:经平均3年随访,疗效优42例良10例。结论:对三踝骨折行可吸收螺钉加外踝钢板内固定治疗,疗效满意。
Objective：To explore a new approach to treat three ankle fractures.Methods：52 patients with three ankle fractures by the absorbable screws plus lateral malleolus steel plate,postoperative appropriate external fixation plus functional exercise.Results：By the average 3-year follow-up,effective in 42 cases,good in 10 cases.Conclusion：The effect of the absorbable screws plus lateral malleolus steel plate was satisfactory on treating three ankle fractures.
