摘要
目的:通过临床研究探讨合谷刺肩髃穴配合运动疗法在缓解偏瘫后肩手综合征I期患者疼痛、肿胀的同时,对偏瘫后肩手综合征的整体改善情况。方法:采用随机对照研究,符合肩手综合征I期的诊断标准的80例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组年龄、性别、病程无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组采用合谷刺肩髃穴配合运动疗法,对照组采用常规针刺并结合运动疗法。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为67.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组神经传导速度恢复情况均有改善,其中治疗组神经传导的速度和波幅恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),总体疗效优于对照组。结论:合谷刺肩髃穴配合运动疗法可以改善脑卒中肩手综合征患者肩关节功能,减轻疼痛,提高关节活动度。
Objective：Through the clinical studies to explore the function of Hegu needling Jianyu points combined with physical therapy to relieve patients with pain,swelling in SHS stage I patients after hemiplegia,while explore the overall improvement of the SHS after hemiplegia.Methods：Using a randomized controlled study method,the SHS in 80 patients in the stage I of the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the age,sex,and course of disease in two groups were no significant difference （P0.05）.The treatment group was treated by Hegu needling Jianyu points combined with physical therapy,and the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture combined with physical therapy.Results：The efficiency of the treatment group was 87.5%,and 67.5% in the control group,there was significant differences （P0.05）.Nerve conduction velocity recoveries of the two groups were improved,but nerve conduction velocity,amplitude recoveries and the overall effective of the treatment group were better.Conclusion：Hegu needling Jianyu points combined with physical therapy could improve stroke shoulder-hand syndrome shoulder function,reduce pain,and increase range of motion.
