摘要
目的:观察与分析中医辨证论治儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取78例儿童哮喘者作为试验组且于同期另外选取75例给予常规西医治疗的儿童哮喘者作对比,即设为对照组;同时给予两组患儿相应治疗方法且对其近期治疗效果、治疗时间和复发次数进行观察与数据的统计学处理分析。结果:两组患儿治疗总有效率相比▲P>0.05、临床受益率相比▲P>0.05、临床表现消失时间相比▲P>0.05,12个月时哮喘平均发作次数相比*P<0.05。结论:中医辨证论治能够达到标本兼治的效果,是一种可行的治疗方案。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating children with asthma in TCM differential treatment.Methods：78 cases of childhood asthma as a test group during the same period another 75 cases treated with conventional modern medicine treatment of asthma in children is selected for comparison,that is set to the control group;while giving the appropriate treatment of the two groups of children and their recent treatment effect,duration of treatment and relapse frequency statistical observation and data processing and analysis.Results：There were treatment total efficiency compared ▲ P0.05,the clinical benefit rate compared ▲ P0.05,clinical manifestations disappeared time compared ▲ P0.05,compared to 12 months when asthma average number of episodes of P0.05.Conclusion：TCM differential treatment can achieve the effect of treating the symptoms,is a viable treatment options.
