摘要
目的:康艾注射液联合化疗药物对恶性肿瘤患者的治疗护理依从性的影响。方法:对照组单用化疗,治疗组在此基础联合康艾注射液40～60ml加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%生理盐水250～500ml稀释后静脉点滴,1次/d,30d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率及生活质量改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液联合化疗药物对恶性肿瘤减轻化疗毒副作用,提高患者免疫功能。从而提高患者治疗护理依从性,提高了生活质量。
Objective：To discuss the effect of the Kangai injection combined with chemotherapeutic medicine for the treatment and nursing of patients with malignant compliance.Methods：Control group was treated with chemotherapy,the treatment group on this basis treatment of control group,plus the Kangai injection of 40ml to 60ml 5% glucose or 0.9% saline 250ml to 500ml of the diluted intravenous,one time a day,30 day as a course of treatment.Results：The improvement of efficiency and quality of life of treatment group was better （P0.05）.Conclusion：For malignant tumors,the Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce chemotherapy side effects,improve immune function in patients.So as to improve the nursing of patients compliance,and the quality of life.
