摘要
目的:观察化瘀通脉汤治疗缺血性心脏病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:分别观察治疗组86例,对照组85例治疗前后的心绞痛发作频率、硝酸甘油用量、静息心电图、血压、心率及心肌耗氧量的变化。结果:化瘀通脉汤在减少心绞痛发作,降低硝酸甘油用量,改善异常心电图,及总有效率方面优于对照组(P<0.05),心肌耗氧量也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通脉汤治疗缺血性心脏病心绞痛疗效肯定,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating ischemic heart disease with the Huayu Tongmai decoction.Methods：observing the treatment group of 86 cases and the control group of 85 cases before and after treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin,resting ECG,blood pressure,heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption changes.Results：The Huayu Tongmai was decoction reduce angina attacks and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin to improve abnormal electrocardiogram,and total efficiency superior to that of the control group （P0.05）,myocardial oxygen consumption is also significantly reduced （P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating ischemic heart disease with the Huayu Tongmai decoction is effective,side effects,and worthy of clinical application.
