免疫抑制剂治疗狼疮性肾炎的新进展 被引量：1

摘要 狼疮性肾炎（LN）作为系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的严重并发症之一，可分为六型，不同的病理类型治疗方案不同，大致分为诱导缓解阶段和维持阶段，治疗药物包括激素、环磷酰胺、霉酚酸酯、他克莫司，硫唑嘌呤等，新的免疫调节药物包括信号分子，细胞受体阻断剂，B淋巴细胞刺激因子阻滞剂，以及新的治疗方案如多靶点治疗已被广泛用于临床研究，本文就LN近几年的若干研究作一综述。
