摘要
目的探讨经腹腹腔镜联合生物蛋白胶治疗单纯性腹侧肾囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用经腹腹腔镜联合生物蛋白胶治疗单纯性腹侧肾囊肿患者19例临床资料。结果19例患者均l在经腹腹腔镜下顺利完成，术中成功向残留囊腔灌注生物蛋白胶，手术时间44～120min，平均56min，术后住院时间3～7天，平均4．2天，术中术后无大出血、酸中毒等并发症。结论经腹腹腔镜联合生物蛋白胶是治疗单纯性腹侧肾囊肿的一种有效方法，安全、疗效确切。
Objectives To investigate the effect and safety of the treatment of ventral renal cyst with perito- neal laparoseope and combined with biological fibrin glue. Methods 19 cases with ventral renal cysts were treated with peritoneal laparoscope and combined with biological fibrin glue. Results All the operations were successfully performed and injected the biological fibrin glue . The mean operative time was 56 minutes （range 44 ~ 120） ,the mean hospital stay was 4.2 days （ range 3 - 7 ）. No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred. Conclu- sions The treatment of ventral renal cyst with peritoneal laparoscope and combined with biological fibrin glue was an effective and safe treatment method for the patients with ventral renal cyst.
