动机访谈治疗的理论基础 被引量：7

摘要 动机访谈是20世纪80年代在西方兴起的一种治疗技术,它的优势在于整合了各类咨询理论和技术,在行为改变方面有突出功效。动机访谈主要借鉴了行为分阶段转变理论,通过改变来访者内在的动机以达到分阶段改变其行为的目的 ;同时借鉴了人本主义心理治疗的基本理论、方法和认知失调理论对矛盾的处理方式,引发来访者自主改变行为的要求。在访谈过程中强调来访者的自我效能,以自我决定论的相关思想巩固治疗效果。动机访谈不但在个体行为矫治方面效果显著,亦有可能推广到团体治疗中。
