31例急性百草枯中毒患者的临床急救护理分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨临床上对急性百草枯中毒患者的紧急救治和护理方法。方法:对本院在2008年8月-2010年10月紧急救治的31例急性百草枯中毒患者通过洗胃、药物治疗及血液灌流进行救治,同时观察病情,给予口腔护理,心理护理措施。结果:21例患者被救治成功,总存活率为67.74%;5例患者死于呼吸衰竭、2例患者死于肾衰竭、2例患者死于多器官衰竭、1例患者死于肝衰竭。结论:对于急性百草枯中毒患者应给予准确的紧急救治和护理方法,同时注意减少对患者脏器造成的损伤。
