摘要
目的:研究不同分娩方式对孕产妇分娩结局和新生儿的影响。方法:随机选择本院自然临产患者53例为A组,选择择期引产患者43例为B组,将A、B组分娩结局、分娩时间、分娩方式、新生儿阿氏评分等临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果:A组自然临产患者分娩时间少于B组,剖腹产率低于B组,分娩后并发症发生率低于B组,新生儿阿氏评分高于B组。结论:自然分娩患者分娩产时损伤较大,但剖腹产率和产后并发症发生率低,新生儿身体状况较好。
Objective：To discusse different modes of delivery on maternal birth outcomes and newborn.Method：Randomly selected hospital spontaneous onset of labor in patients 53 were in group A, and choose the outcome of induction of labor in patients with 43 known as the Group B and A, B group of patients with birth, time of delivery, mode of delivery, neonatal apgar scores were retrospectively select hospitalstudy. Result：Group A patients with spontaneous onset of labor to delivery time of less than group B patients, caesarean section less than group B, the probability of complications after childbirth lower than group B, neonatal Apgar score higher than the B group. Conclusion ：Patients with natural childbirth delivery better, low probability of caesarean section rate and post-natal complications, neonatal good physical condition.
