吲达帕胺联合依那普利治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨吲达帕胺联合依那普利治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法:对98例糖尿病合并高血压的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组给予口服吲达帕胺联合依那普利,对照组单独使用依那普利,检测服药前及服药后12周的血压、血糖、血浆内皮素-1、血钾水平。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后治疗组的降压效果和降低血浆内皮素-1的水平优于对照组;两组在降糖效果和血钾方面差异无明显变化。结论:吲达帕胺联合依那普利治疗糖尿病合并高血压的患者疗效显著。
