介绍了BIM技术对造价信息的可视化管理及基于BIM的造价软件的特点,并阐述了基于BIM的工程造价实施方法、BIM用于造价管理面临的难题与发展方向。
The visual management of cost information with BIM technology and the characteristics of cost software based on BIM were introduced, the engineering cost implementation methods based on BIM, the difficulty and development trend for application of BIM in cost management were also described.
